The servicing of Fritz Hansen’s global dealer network is both about selling products and providing customer service so that the commitment and care of the brand and everything falls into place perfectly. In short, it is important to be able to service the partners as well as possible without being more resource-intensive than necessary.The platform is built on the Orckestra Composite C1 platform.

Targeted at dealers

The needs of retailers are very different from those of consumers. Therefore, the partner portal’s interface has been developed targeted at the dealers and thoroughly user-tested and adapted together with the target group. Users must be able to configure the furniture themselves and determine the product, colours and choice of materials, and super users must be able to quickly navigate through an order via the keyboard without any fuss. They know exactly what they want to order and often know the SKU names for material and colours by heart.

The marketing portal is fully integrated with Fritz Hansen’s ERP system and handles all touch points with partners, such as invoice overview, claims, order status, as well as ordering of merchandise, material samples and marketing materials.

The new Partner Portal replaces the previous SharePoint-based solution and has both led to rationalization of manual work at Fritz Hansen, and there is very high user satisfaction with both functionality and user interface.
