This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between you and CPH Cloud ApS (“Licensor”), and governs your use of the App provided through Google Play Store. This App is licensed, not sold, to you.

Your license to this App is subject to your prior acceptance of this EULA, or a custom EULA between you and CPH Cloud ApS, if one is provided. The license is granted by CPH Cloud ApS, not Google Play.

1. Scope of License

Licensor grants you a non-transferable license to use the App on any Google Play-supported devices that you own or control. You may not distribute, transfer, or make the App available over a network. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of the App, unless permitted by applicable law.

2. Data Consent

You agree that Licensor may collect and use technical data about your device and system software. This information is gathered to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support, and other services related to the App. It will be used in a way that does not personally identify you.

3. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated by you or Licensor. Your rights will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any terms of this EULA.

4. External Services

The App may enable access to third-party services and websites. You agree to use these at your own risk. Licensor is not responsible for the content or accuracy of any third-party services, and will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from their use.

5. No Warranty

You acknowledge that the use of the App is at your sole risk. The App and any services provided by the App are provided “as is” and without any kind of warranty, express or implied. Licensor disclaims all warranties and conditions with respect to the App.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Licensor be liable for any personal injury, or any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for personal injury, or of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

7. Export Laws

You may not use or export the App except as authorized by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App was obtained. You represent and warrant that you are not located in any such country or on any such list.

8. Governing Law

Except to the extent expressly provided in this EULA, this Agreement and the relationship between you and Licensor shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CPH Cloud ApS is registered, excluding its conflict of laws provisions.

9. Amendment

This EULA may be amended by Licensor from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new EULA on this page and updating the “last updated” date at the top of this EULA.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not download, install, or use the App.
